What is the time commitment for renting a space?
The time commitment for each unit consists of a three-month minimum. After the three-month minimum is met, the agreement converts to month to month. Notice to vacate must be submitted by the 15th of the month in order to be eligible for deposit refund.
What hours can I access my unit?
You may access your unit between 5am and 10pm daily.
How do I access my unit?
At the time of rental, you will be provided a unique 7-digit gate code provided by the facility to enter the secure area.
Do I need to bring my own lock when I move in?
No, we provide one lock for free upon rental of your unit. If you need a replacement lock for any reason, a charge of $10 per lock will be assessed.
What method of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and personal checks. For your convenience, autopay is available.
How do I make my payments?
You may make your payment on our secure website, check by mail, or use the drop box at our property.
Is electrical provided in my unit?
For an additional $25.00 per month, overhead lighting and an electric plug can be made available.
What level of security is provided on the property?
There is 24-hour camera surveillance throughout the facility. The entire facility is fenced in and accessible by entering a unique gate code available only to renters.
How much will I pay at the time of my rental?
A security deposit equal to one month’s rent plus the first month’s rent is required at the time of securing your unit. If you secure your unit between the 16th of the month and the end of the current month, you will also owe the prorated amount of the remainder of the month.
Am I allowed to use my storage unit for projects such as working on a vehicle?
Units are strictly for storage use only. No projects or business may be conducted out of the storage unit.
